The staff provided really good service. The hotel maintains high cleanliness standards. I found the eco-friendly initiatives commendable. We appreciated the convenient location, a short walk to the city center. The high-tech lighting was a nice touch and I had no issues with it.

The pool hours were somewhat limited as the pool closed relatively early in the evening. This restricted our ability to relax poolside after returning from excursions or dinner. I would have liked extended hours for this amenity.

the staff was helpful and friendly. i loved that there were water coolers on every floor (very convenient!). the air conditioning in my room worked so well, it was a welcome escape from the heat.

the lack of a mini fridge in the room was a slight inconvenience, though manageable.
